Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 8, 2026

Memora is built to be private by design. We do not require an account, and we do not run servers that store your personal places or items. This policy explains what the app uses and what it does not.

Location

Memora uses your device's location to detect when you leave a place so it can remind you. Location is processed on your device to power reminders. We do not transmit your location to our servers or sell it to anyone.

Your items and places

The items you track and the places Memora learns are stored locally on your device (and, if you enable it, in your own private iCloud through iOS). We cannot see this data.

Notifications

Notifications, including critical alerts, are used solely to deliver your reminders.

Purchases (Memora+)

Memora+ is an optional auto-renewable subscription. Payments are handled by Apple. We use RevenueCat to validate and manage subscription status; RevenueCat may process anonymized app/device identifiers and purchase receipts for this purpose. We do not receive your payment details.

Diagnostics

We may collect anonymized crash and performance diagnostics to keep the app stable and improve it. This data is not used to identify you and is never sold.

Data we do not collect

No name, no email sign-up, no contacts, no advertising identifiers, no selling or sharing of personal data with third parties for marketing.

Children

Memora is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date.
